He started as an officer in a nationalized Bank and later joined IFCI and rose to the rank of Executive Director . He has served on the Board of many companies as nominee Director. He has also served as Managing Director of IFCI Venture Capital Fund Ltd during 2011 to 2014. He has excellent academic record and holds Masters Degree in commerce from Delhi University and he is associate of ICMA, ICSI, Indian Institute of Bankers besides degree of law from Delhi University. He is also a qualified Insolvency professional.
